Every aspect of our experience was excellent at Mountaineer RV & Outdoor Center. The offer we received for our used camper was very fair. When we entered the building we received a wonderful welcome from the receptionist. (Please forgive us for not remembering your name!). Kayla was so kind and patient with all of our questions and requests. Leslie was knowledgeable about the financial aspect of the deal. Lee did an amazing job going over the camper and answering every one of our questions. Everyone we came in contact was pleasant to deal with. There was no real reason pressure. No unkept promises and we loved the background music in the showroom (contemporary Christian). Our camper was prayed and a Bible presented to us during the overview of the camper. We just purchased a new travel trailer from the Jane Lew location and what a great experience. From the time we started looking for a new unit every person we came in contact with at the dealership was GREAT.
Justin our salesperson (A Rock Star) and from the time we contacted him three months ago, until we bought it Monday, he made himself available with no pressure and when we decided to close the deal he made it seamless. I highly recommend Justin.
Lee in service did the walkthrough, he was most knowledgeable and patient with our questions.
Leslie, the business manager went over the paperwork and explained the extended warranty in depth.
Stephanie in service, went over the service contract in detail and the service process. She pointed out several items that will be most helpful in the future.
Gina and Joe the owners, were out and about making sure everyone, including employees, were all taken care of and made to feel comfortable.

My husband and I decided to travel two hours to Mountaineer RV in Jane Lew for our first camper and we are so glad we did! All of the staff are incredibly kind and helpful! They don't rush or pressure you. The whole process was so smooth and simple. They even did a walk through of the camper with us and showed us everything we needed to do. They are very knowledgeable about everything. We also loved that they are a Christian family run business. We would highly recommend this dealer to anyone! I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people who helped me. While I did not purchase my trailer there, I was in the area camping when my truck hitch was stolen. Unfortunately it is not a standard stock hitch, so I wasnt able to just easily buy a replacement. Several employees of this company really stepped up and went above and beyond to help me out and find a solution so I could safely get my trailer home. We can't say enough about the exceptional customer experience/service that the entire team at Mountaineer RV demonstrated as we navigated the purchase of a 2025 Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel Camper and installation of a BW Hitch. In addition, we ran into an issue with our trade-in, luckily the owner, Gina was onsite and literally "jumped into action" - we can't thank her enough! I bought a truck camper from a private seller and it unfortunately had a lot of water damage inside that was hidden from me in my first initial inspection. This was heart breaking as me and my girlfriend are planning on leaving for Alaska soon. Fortunately some friends recommended Jimmy Garris to me who works here. This man set me up with all the right people and now i have a whole team helping me figure out what needs to be fixed and fixing it. So fingers crossed that we still get on the road soon o make that Alaskan dream come true. These guys are awesome and really appreciated. - Cyrus
